Secure Payments over the Internet

Protx is a Payment Gateway, also called a Payment Service Provider (PSP).
Payment Gateways provide the secure link between your website and your merchant bank to ensure that your customers' card details are kept secure throughout the transaction process.
Payment by Card:
We accept credit and debit card payment - MasterCard, Visa, Delta, and Maestro (Switch has now changed to Maestro) and process online card transactions via our secure server. If you are buying from overseas please place your order in UK Sterling and your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency. You may send your card information by phone, mail or place an order on the website. All credit card numbers are encrypted over the internet and cannot be decrypted until they reach our safe site. They are not held in clear text on any website. If you prefer, you can send a cheque to

To Make a Purchase:
Just browse through our on-site catalogue and click on the Add to Cart button for any machine that you wish to add to your 'Shopping Cart'. When you have finished your order then click on the 'Shopping Cart'. You will be asked to give us a few details that we need to be able to complete your order. If you prefer, we are happy to accept your order over the telephone and process it for you on Tel: 01937 84 11 00. Please note all of our prices include VAT
Photographs and Technical Specification:
Please note that although we make every effort to ensure that technical details are correct and that photographs are a true representation of the products on sale, due to manufacturers occasionally updating products there may be slight differences. If you are in any doubt or would like a specific point clarified please feel free to contact us.
Delivery:
We always aim to dispatch any orders as soon as possible, often orders placed before 3.00pm are dispatched the same day. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48hrs. Orders are delivered via UPS, Parcel Force and Royal Mail. You can track your order online at either UPS.com or Parcelforce.com subject.
Guarantee:
If for some reason you find that the item you ordered is not what you were wanting then we are happy to accept them back in the same condition as they were sent to you complete with all original packaging. For more information please see our Returns Policy
